  10. Love this, Robyn. I am reminded of something I read years ago of how many women get where they need to be without a single thought as to where they are headed. Always, the road comes and the heart knows north. Love you, my friend. ~ Bobbie

    April 12, 2013 at 9:31 PM

    • Thank you so much dearest Bobble! Yes – there is sometimes a force or a current that takes us where we need to be — I can surely get that! The earth knows north – that is so lovely. So much Love to you this night ~ Robyn

  12. The play of shadows on the sand amalgam. The figure becomes a painting that travels the world and through time. Imagination awakens in us all.
Whenever is art in your post.
    Very Nice¡ Amiga Robyn…

    • Thank you so much dear Carlos! Yes – my shadows do take on some kind of character of their own at times, don’t they? I love your vision of this one having the power to” travel the world and through time.” Such a stunning comment… I greatly appreciate mi amigo. Sending Love across the seas ~ RL

  17. The shadow hovering is the best part of this if you ask me. I love your powerful words and moving images. I hope you post more soon.

    April 18, 2013 at 2:51 PM

    • Thanks so much Wesley. I’m so happy to know you enjoyed the shadow self-portrait! I have done a series of shadow portraits – all can be found under the menu pain shadow series at top. The first was sort of a random event and then I got rather involved with using the shadows as a means of expression! Just took a little visit to your place and enjoyed reading the great reviews of films there… will visit again for sure ~ 🙂 ~ RL
