      • Haha 😀 I do occasionally. It allows me to float slightly and release pain. But getting in and out is a pain so it’s shower time lol

      • yes — early in day is my shower therapy ~ i need to take a photo of the set-up there… let’s just say I am not a very good conserver of water. LOL! Before bed is the bath ritual ~ anything I can do to induce sleep without meds is a blessing… also meditative for me. Thank you sweet friend! xRL

        I would love to go a day without medication, but there you go. I do sometimes put my shower onto power and blast it on my back until switch cuts out. Not often though as it is a pain to reset the switch LOL

    • Thank you so much Penny ~ yes this was just one I felt close to for many reasons… The haiku is really a meditative form of poetry for me too…
      Yes – hit the silky waters last night but sleep was still elusive unfortunately. I’m working on it though ~ hope you are having a lovely day my dearest sweet friend ~ RLx
