Thanks Sam… I was tickled to realize I had this photo and had never used it. I took it some time ago and forgot it. Perfect for tomorrow. Yes – Shadow is standing high on a large rock… 🙂 Free… wish I was “pain-free” — icky appointment yesterday — he disagreed with the colleague who sent me there… and had a whole new theory (nerve compression in multiple areas) and wants to start blocking nerves now… echhh! Anyway — I digress… Today was migraine attack for 12 hours – and now I’m doing ok – but need to sleep. Hope you are holding your own — thanks for caring 🙂 xo

So sorry to hear this…..listen to your inner voice regarding this new doctor….boy do I know about doctor visits…I’ve seen soooooooo many. Sorry about the headache. You and David both get migraines….I’ve had one in my life—allergic reaction, and it was the worst pain ever. Get some super good sleep and have a grand day tomorrow. Sunshine and Sea wishes. 🙂

Yes Tara… Monday was the first time I heard I may have injuries or compression of nerves – (Lateral Femoral Cutaneous and Ilioinguinal) perpetuating my ongoing horrific pain. I know you have been on this path… so will need to catch up soon! Miss you much ~ Love
