I so love reading your words slowly trying to picture what the photo is going to be of… this had me way off, yet when I went back and read it again it couldn’t be more obvious…. how I love your blog… the magic you put into words… magnificent… and the way they just fit so snugly with the photos… is just beyond words that would describe how good they are… much thought and prayer is flowing your way… and I hope the direction you are following now will so improve you pain and well being.. thinking about you and what you are going through… I am so glad to have you as a WP friend… as you said the other day.. part of the family… regards to Hubby and thank him from me for you know what… I love it when I see a post from you in my email box…

So kind you are bulldog. I took this shot from airplane on way here. Did not know what on earth I could write about – -and that is what manifested — quite quickly when I focussed on it for a bit. 100% pure beauty. I think of you so any times during the day. I don’t know if I told you but 5 weeks ago I ad to have an implant put in my heart because my arteries are spasiming. I was diagnosed with a rare angina called Prinzmetal, and now I have to take so any pills. It made me think of you. All that you suffer, and now I feel even great compassion (if even possible) then I dud before. All my love to you. Sheri

You know, I did read somewhere (maybe your blog or another) that you had a history of heart issues and procedure, but did not realize this was so very recent, and this sound frightening indeed. I am going to keep you in heart and healing prayer too, and just hope this does not impact your quality of life. I will have to google Prinzmetal. The many pills is not fun at all… I hope you can tolerate them with little side effects, and they just keep you safe, strong and healthy. Flying is something I always considered a real thrill. Haven’t flown anywhere for years, but I love that feeling of leaving home and going somewhere new. I love the anticipation of wondering what I will do, where I will go and who I will meet, at the destination. Your treatment may, or may not, be easy, but imagine the pleasure of meeting new people and seeing new places. V. xox

Thank you Victoria – so glad. I took that shot on way here – through the window of airplaine – always amazed by cloudscapes in ariel view.
It has been a very long time since I’ve travelled too… only medical trips in last 10 years or so. So do know what you mean about the wonder and anticipation though… after college I worked for Eastern Airlines and had amazing beneftis of free first class travel anywhere. Should have taken more advantage but who knew. Treatment going well, but after having excellent day yesterday – have big setback today. Still just dragged myself to the zoo for just a couple minutes as it wasn’t crazy cold and snowing here today… Checked in with lions and tigers 🙂 Need to go back on a better day – but did snap a few shots … so we shall see! Frankly, Robyn, I don’t have words enough to tell you how glowingly beautiful I think this poem is. It could have only come from
someone who has a “heart of gold”. It’s like you’re speaking directly to everyone who may read it…, about the most romantic poem
I think I’ve ever read. Aside from this…, how are you feeling? Is the therapy helping to ease the pain and will it help strengthen the
ligaments/tendons/muscles to help support the joints? Certainly hope that it’s giving you some relief and comfort.

Oh wow Paul… I am delighted you enjoyed this so much!! Your compliement is an honor truly. I do suppose the message is universal too ~ and most everone can relate on one level or another 🙂 ~ Thank you dear friend… and also for your thoughtful well wishes on my treatment program here. I am learning a lot – can’t believe it’s 2 weeks almost now. Gains are slow and small but that’s ok. It’ very much about helping me gain some control of my joint instablities using neuromuscular cures and reprogramming movment patterns to avoid retitiive strain and injury. It would be good training for everyone, but especially me with so many “broken parts” — very important. The ligaments and tendons are not really strengthenable… but if I can learn to turn muscles on and off at appropriate times, I will avoid making them worse and continuing to suffer pain from continued abuse of them(chronic tendonosis). There are also a few structual issues we are working on, and not sure how much change we can make there without surgery – but I will do my best. Yesterday I had my best day yet ~ pain and funciton-wise. Today I am struggling a ton — so can see it’s going to be ups and downs… Wish I could kidnap this dr. and his team and bring them home with me… 🙂 ~ I hope you are doing well over there yourself…. so nice to see you today ! Aww LuAnn ~ that is so generous of you. I sometimes feel like these verses are almost like songs… so many just seem to flow quickly when I focus on a photo I’ve taken. xoxoxo, I’m combining the fabric that looks like the sky and clouds with a shiny, dark and rich blue fabric that makes me think of deep water.
