I am sorry to hear you’ve had a few rough pain days. I am glad you were able to get to enjoy this beautiful beach today. I know there are many days when Tony will encourage me to go out if only for a short time to see the beauty of the outside world.

Thanks Elizabeth… it’s important to get out, though sometimes hard.. was up till 4:30 am from pain. Then today was more of the same, but when 4pm came – I said – LET’S GO! It was exhilarating to be there, though Scott thought it was way too cold. I had a bit of an endorphin rush from the setting and the cold… we explored some new remote areas there, and of course watched the magical sunset! Now going to try for an earlier bed-time and hope I’m more successful for having smelled the sea air today! So glad you are finding some solace in the blog. Makes me really happy to hear!! Be Well!
