Thank you Chris… well still early days (was a spine block of various joints ~ no surgery thankfully) but my feet are not happy campers… seems nerves have been disturbed so sensation of walking on broken glass at the current – hopefully temporary. Will know in a couple days if the spine joints are a player in my syndrome as well as hip. One step at a time. Hope you are doing well, and so glad you enjoyed the post!

Beautiful image and lovely words to go with it.
I was just thinking how people are so caught up in the busy-ness of their lives and acquiring material possessions that they forget the simple things are often the best and arrive on our doorstep for free.
We only have to open our eyes and truly see.
Your cloud photo and the reflection in the water is a perfect example.
