The shadow that always follows too. Sorry that sounds a bit depressing, but I so understand as you know. : )

Yes I know you so do understand Elizabeth. Sometimes depressing, but better to face the shadow than allow it to run the show I think. At least that way we are most empowered, which can only help the healing! xo
